Whether you’d love to join a wellbeing walk, a running session or gentle exercise; we run a variety of enjoyable activities, even for schools!

 

Running Sessions

If you want to start/return to running or run with others come and join our running group which offers various sessions throughout the week.  All sessions fall under the England Athletics RunTogether programme with full guidance from Leaders in Running Fitness with a volunteer Mental Health Champion present.

All abilities                  Tuesday, 6.15pm at Middlesbrough Sports Village                            

                                  Thursday, 9.15am at Ormesby Hall, Church Lane Entrance

All running and walking sessions cost £1.00 with the exception of Park Run and Ormesby10 Support which are free.

Wellbeing Walks

Come and spend some time surrounded by nature on one of our weekly wellbeing walks.  Held in small groups we venture out for a nice relaxing, social walk.  Pulse raiser section and mindfulness included to leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Gentle Exercise

Before throwing yourself into a workout come and take part in some guided outdoor exercise.  

Intensity, volume and duration will be determined by your own specific capacities and goals, and always with a warm up and cool down to maximise benefit and minimise the potential for injury.

Active Women Together

This 12 week programme is an empowering person-centred project that empowers women to prioritise their mental and physical wellbeing by setting achievable goals.

Outdoor Gentle Exercise Sessions

Group exercise sessions and one to one sessions.
